If you rent 3 or more units you must complete and attach a Residential Rental form to your on-line application. A business license is required for the Rental of Commercial or Industrial Property regardless of the number of units rented. If you are claiming Exempt status under 1 or more of the Exemption catagories, you must complete and attach an Exemption form along with written verification to your on-line application.
